1. About FRS Cars
FRS Cars offers car accessories, seat covers, car-care products, electronics, mobile holders, and related products and services in Pakistan.
Home installation is available only in Lahore for selected products, subject to confirmation.
2. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful shopping, product-information, and customer-support purposes.
You must not:
- Misuse the website or use it for fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s account.
- Introduce viruses, harmful code, or other malicious material.
- Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or performance.
- Copy or commercially misuse website content without permission.
- Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized information.
3. Customer Accounts
You may place an order as a guest or create a customer account when this option is available.
You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Customers under the age of 18 should use the website and place orders only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability.
However, minor differences in colour, packaging, appearance, branding, or dimensions may occur because of screen settings, manufacturer updates, or different product batches.
Please check product descriptions, compatibility, measurements, size, colour, and variation options before placing an order.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before purchasing.
5. Prices and Charges
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Product prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, unless the displayed price was clearly incorrect.
Delivery, installation, or other applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before the order or service is confirmed.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee its acceptance.
An order is considered accepted after it has been reviewed and confirmed by FRS Cars. We may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, or email to verify:
- Your order details.
- Delivery address and contact information.
- Product model, size, colour, or variation.
- Vehicle compatibility.
- Installation or service requirements.
We may refuse or cancel an order because of incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, incomplete information, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, failed customer contact, or other reasonable operational reasons.
If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by FRS Cars, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
7. Payment
Available payment options will be displayed during checkout. These may include Cash on Delivery and online payment methods when enabled.
If an online payment service is used, the transaction may also be governed by the payment provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
When a third-party payment gateway processes a transaction, FRS Cars does not receive or store your complete debit or credit card number, PIN, or card security code.
We may receive limited transaction information, such as the payment status, amount, payment method, and transaction reference.
8. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by product availability, courier operations, weather conditions, road closures, public holidays, security conditions, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be sent again because:
- The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete.
- The provided telephone number was incorrect or unavailable.
- The recipient was unavailable.
- Delivery was refused without a valid reason.
Please inspect the package after delivery and contact us promptly if a product is missing, incorrect, incomplete, or visibly damaged.

9. Home Installation Services
Home installation is currently available only in Lahore and for selected products.
Installation availability, appointment time, service scope, compatibility, and applicable charges must be confirmed before the visit.
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and installation area.
Our team may refuse, postpone, or discontinue installation if:
- The location or working conditions are unsafe.
- The vehicle has an existing electrical or mechanical fault.
- The requested installation is not compatible with the vehicle.
- Undisclosed modifications have already been made to the vehicle.
- Completing the work could reasonably damage the vehicle or product.
FRS Cars is not responsible for pre-existing faults, undisclosed vehicle modifications, or damage caused by products or work previously installed by another person, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
10. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been dispatched, installed, customized, or specially prepared for you.
Delivery, return, customization, or service charges may apply where an order has already been processed or dispatched.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
For a standard return, products should generally be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all supplied accessories and proof of purchase.
These requirements do not prevent a customer from reporting a product that was delivered damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Customized, used, modified, improperly installed, or customer-damaged products may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable consumer law or where the product is confirmed to have been supplied defective or incorrect.
12. Product Installation and Use
Customers should read and follow product instructions and use products only for their intended purpose.
Electrical accessories, lighting products, seat covers, mobile holders, and other installation-based products should be installed by a competent person where appropriate.
FRS Cars will not be responsible for damage caused by:
- Incorrect or unauthorized installation.
- Product misuse or improper handling.
- Unauthorized modification or repair.
- Accident, neglect, or normal wear.
- Failure to follow product or safety instructions.
- Installation on an incompatible vehicle.
This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Warranties
Any applicable product or manufacturer warranty will be described on the product page, packaging, invoice, or warranty document.
Unless specifically stated, a warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental or physical damage.
- Incorrect installation.
- Misuse or improper handling.
- Unauthorized modification or repair.
- Damage caused by an incompatible vehicle or electrical system.
Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRS Cars will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from:
- Website interruption or technical problems.
- Courier or delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
- Incorrect installation or product misuse.
- Unauthorized vehicle modification.
- Inaccurate information provided by the customer.
- Independent third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Intellectual Property
The website design, FRS Cars logo, text, graphics, original product photographs, and other original content belong to FRS Cars or their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially use this content without prior permission.
Third-party product names, trademarks, photographs, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
