At FRS Cars, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our delivery charges, estimated timelines, and related conditions.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver orders across Pakistan to locations covered by our courier partners. Delivery to some remote or restricted areas may require additional time.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of Rs 250 applies to orders below Rs 10,000 throughout Pakistan. Orders of Rs 10,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The applicable shipping amount will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, road closures, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Same-day delivery may be available in Lahore for selected products, locations, and time slots. Availability will be confirmed before dispatch and is not guaranteed for every order.
Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Please provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address when placing your order. Our team or courier partner may contact you to confirm your order or delivery details.
An incomplete address, incorrect phone number, or unsuccessful contact may delay the confirmation, dispatch, or delivery of your order.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and delivery locations where it is displayed during checkout.
Please keep the complete payable amount ready when your order arrives.
Home Installation Service
Home installation service is currently available only in Lahore and for selected products.
Installation availability, appointment timing, and any applicable service charges will be confirmed with the customer before the visit.
Products that do not require installation will be delivered through our normal courier service.
Receiving Your Order
Please check the package when it is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact FRS Cars as soon as possible. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the package and product, where applicable.
Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery Delays
Although we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.
If your order is delayed, our team will assist you in obtaining an update from the courier service.
FRS Cars will not be responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, road closures, public holidays, courier service disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
